Indemat ops for cutting-edge techonology and enhances its capacity with a new waterject cutting machine
Indemat has recently obtained a new Omax waterjet cutting machine, which is fully programmable and allows you to cut on five axes. It is able to process 3D files such as Solidworks, Catia and Tebis, among others.
The waterjet cutting process is a mechanised industrial process able to cut any kind of material precisely and accurately, without harming its properties. With this new machine, Indemat is able to enhance its production capacity and improve the efficiency of the process. The machine can be used to cut all kinds of materials:
– Wood
– Metal
– Composite
– Glass
– Foam
The new machine operates to a tolerance of +- 0.076mm and cuts thicknesses of up to 300mm. Measuring 6,200mm x 3,000mm, the machine can be extended along the X-axis.
As well as using the Omax waterjet cutting system in our production processes, at Indemat we also cut pieces upon request from our customers. Customers can choose between using our materials or supplying their own.
